We require a referral from a dentist in order to schedule an initial visit.
We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Dr. Sydlowski, Dr. McCabe, Dr. O’Neill, Dr. Holdship, Dr. Simonton, Dr. Seal and Dr. Amakwe provide many types of oral surgery services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
The appointment time you have selected is very valuable to both of us. Harbor Light’s Cancellation Policy requires a 48-hour (two business days) advanced notice for any rescheduling or cancellation of your appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise; cases will be reviewed on an individual basis. Unfortunately, patients who fail to follow this policy may not be allowed to reschedule an appointment.
